    Research reports, insights, and deliverables created specifically for you are owned by you upon full payment. Our underlying methodologies, algorithms, and synthetic data generation technology remain our exclusive property.

    Fees for our services are as specified in your service agreement or order form. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

    You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except for taxes based on our net income. We will add applicable taxes to your invoice where required by law.

    7. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, research methodologies, and pricing information.

    9. Disclaimers

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avatar Insights and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
